    The Process
    • Secure your Brand Strategy & Identity package at checkout.
    • Receive your confirmation email, onboarding information and brand questionnaire.
    • Complete the questionnaire in as much detail as possible and return it to anja@salubrandcollective.com.au.
    • We will review your questionnaire and book a discovery call to discuss your brand vision, audience and goals in depth.
    • In-depth market research, consumer psychology analysis and strategic development is carried out.
    • One complete Brand Strategy & Identity concept is professionally developed and presented.
    • Review and provide feedback for refinement (up to two revision rounds included).
    • Final approval and delivery of all brand assets and files for future brand implementation.

    Projects are booked based on the next available commencement date. Timely feedback and communication ensure a smooth and efficient turnaround process
    Timeframe

    Brand Strategy & Identity projects are completed within an estimated 2–3 week timeframe, depending on client communication and feedback turnaround. To ensure no delays, we ask that all feedback is provided within 48 hours of receiving proposals or revisions.
    Revisions

    Each Brand Strategy & Identity project includes a maximum of two revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this may incur further fees.

    We’re here to support you through every stage of your brand implementation. Ongoing consulting and guidance are available at any time at an hourly rate of $90 AUD.

    Payment Plans

    Flexible payment plans are available for Brand Strategy & Identity and Website Development services.

    Clients can choose between:

    • 3 Month payment plan of approximately $246 AUD excl gst per week
    • 6 Month payment plan of approximately $123 AUD excl gst per week

    Payment plans are available upon request and must be approved prior to project commencement. Please contact us directly if you would like to make use of this option.
